Mabira International Publishing, Film, TV and Media Co., Ltd (Mabira Publishing) was incorporated in Uganda in 2015 and in Kenya in 2023. Our business has covered east African countries (Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda), north African countries (Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria), as well as southern African countries (Zambia, South Africa and Botswana) etc. We publish books in French, English and local African languages.
The main business line of Mabira Publishing includes Export and Import of copyrights, local publishing cooperation and Media cooperation. Has developed for several years, we have established business networks in several African countries.
The core vision of Mabira Publishing is to enhance the relationship of Chinese and African cultural communication. With the assistance of our associated Chinese company Beijing Jiechengjiatai Cultural Communication Co., Ltd, we have established cooperation with several Chinese Publishing companies, translated and published several Chinese books in Africa.
Meanwhile, Mabira Publishing has also established cooperation with many Chinese and local TV media organizations in different African countries like Star Times, UBC of Uganda, KBC of Kenya etc. We're expecting fruitful cooperation in media area and introduce more Chinese Film and TV programs to Africa.
With the support of our Chinese publishing partners, We have successfully exported many works to different countries. We have published the French copy of Interpretation of Analects of Confucius and The essentials of the analects of Confucius, the French copy of How I want to Hug you, the English copy of Proud Chopsticks, the Swahili copy of China Tales, the French copy of Illustrated Life of Pu Songling, the French copy of Chinese virtues hidden in classical works and the Swahili copy of The original intention is like a torch. Many of our books have been listed in the China Classics International, B & R Book Program and Qilu Cultural Classics projects.
Cultural Communication is a bridge, we believe that we can take advantage of this bridge, to enhance the economic cooperation between China and African countries, to contribute our own strength for the cultural globalization.
